"The Big Move"

Studio 98B has been a great adventure for us. We arrived on this beautiful mesa top in 1992 and decided this would be the place where we would build a dream that began in 1975 - to build our own home with our own hands. We did. We have loved it here. We always knew that other adventures awaited us. We have two more dreams we want to accomplish. We want to move east, to a place where we can build a small house and a major studio. A studio, where we can really expand and explore. A studio where we can teach and share - hopefully returning some of the gifts we have been given. We have our eyes toward Western North Carolina, near Asheville.
The second dream is to build on our property in the preserve in Dominical, Costa Rica http://rainforestpreserve.com/content/view/30/57/ .

News on Eco-Arte and Dominical, Costa Rica

We are now aligned with the perfect resources in Costa Rica to have an adventure there. When we sell Studio 98B we will begin construction on our property, Cano Vista, in Dominical. When completed we will begin our "Eco-Arte" tours. Our plans include hosting Raku workshops coupled with eco tours. In the land of "Pura Vida" (Pure Life), there can be no more perfect place to combine the love of the Earth with art. We have the sea, the surf, the jungle and some of the most beautiful wildlife in the world. We hope you will look forward to joining us with excitement and anticipation.... This story is waiting to unfold
